11. Is Miel Creativo Colectivo officially a nonprofit?
We are based in California and are in the process of establishing full 501(c)(3) status. As we complete this process, donors will be updated regarding tax-deductible donation status.
12. Why the name “Miel Creativo Colectivo”?
“Miel” represents warmth, nourishment, and healing; “Creativo” highlights imagination and art; and “Colectivo” reflects community, collaboration, and shared purpose. Together, the name embodies our mission to bring sweetness and creativity into the lives of those who need it most.
13. I’m not in Mexico or California—can I still support?
Absolutely. Anyone around the world can donate, volunteer remotely, sponsor a workshop, help spread awareness, or send art supplies.
